Hear from Satisfied Customers

The team at Magic Tiles delivered exceptional work on our master bathroom. Clean, precise, and genuinely beautiful tile work — the kind of craftsmanship that elevates the whole space.

The job turned out to require more work than the original scope anticipated. They honored their quote without hesitation or renegotiation. That kind of integrity is rare in this trade.

Communication was prompt and clear from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. No chasing, no ambiguity, no surprises.

Most astonishing was how neat and tidy they kept the worksite throughout. Every day ended with the space cleaner than we had any right to expect. A small thing on paper that made an enormous difference in practice.

Would not hesitate to hire them again. Five stars, without reservation.

I was lucky enough to have Serhii randomly pull up in his eye catching van, on a day that my tile contractor was not returning my calls! I am so happy this chance meeting happened! The next day, Serhii was at my house giving me an estimate, and within 3 days the job was started!

Serhii’s price was VERY fair and highly competitive, and their craftsmanship was impeccable! I am absolutely thrilled with the result! I will absolutely hire Magic of Tiles for any other projects I may have. He also gets bonus points for his awesome van!! Pics attached!

We had an excellent experience with Serhii’s team! They completed our entire powder room from demo to tile installation and wallpaper plus fixing of broken tile and grout in other bathrooms very quickly, with exceptional professionalism, sense of urgency when we needed it to stay on schedule. The quality of workmanship is great. Highly recommend.

Incredible work by Serhii and his team on our Master Bathroom. Serhii helped us from start (pre-demo) to finish on this project, lending his professional eye to all the big decisions and the finishing touches. He and the team were always quick to respond with questions and concerns, considerate and clean, and very professional. Serhii’s work is unmatched and we are already planning more work with him for our kitchen. He goes above and beyond and really considers every detail. Cannot recommend a better tile specialist and contractor in Fairfield County.

Admittedly, I’m difficult to work with and my expectations are very high. With that said, I couldn’t be more pleased with Serhii and his team including their work ethic, quality of work, professionalism, communication, etc. If you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity of working with Magic of Tiles don’t pass up the opportunity.

Serhii and his assistant Alex did a fantastic job tiling our primary bath, a neo angle bath and 2 other bathroom floors. The attention to detail was incredible and they were easy to work with as a homeowner. They came to me when aesthetic decisions needed to be made and provided their suggestions when I wasn’t sure which direction to go. The primary bath had some particularly difficult/intricate tile that went on the floor and ceiling. Serhii handled it so well and it looks amazing! I would absolutely recommend Magic of Tiles for your tiling project!
